Shipping Policy
Unless you choose a different delivery option, your order will ship via FedEx Ground. We’ll do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible—usually within 2 business days if everything is in stock, and always within 30 days of your order. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll email you right away with an updated delivery date. At that point, you’ll also have the option to cancel your order for a full refund. Please note, once your package has been delivered, Farouk Systems is no longer responsible for the product.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you have fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase to return your product for a refund by contacting FSI’s Customer Service Department as follows:

Warranty
Some of our products include a Limited Warranty, which you’ll find printed on or packaged with the item. That warranty will explain your return and service options.
